Event Description

Want to cultivate your own intuitive energy tools, to release chronic pain? Everyone has these tools inside of them. We'll use PlaY as a foundation for cultivating your personal toolkit to release pain. Join this workshop to get wild and free!

In this Level 1 - Playful Release workshop, you'll learn:

  • Body-centered (somatic) tools to get out of the head and drop the nervous system into a calm state.
  • Meditations to practice witnessing yourself and bring clear answers through.
  • Mind-body exercises to experience and redirect energy movement in your body.
  • Play-based methods to reveal your true needs and intuitive sense of how to heal.

This 4-hour, Level 1 workshop teaches you to playfully cultivate your own intuition, connection to body, and understanding of what you need to release pain.

Located on the beautiful land at Herb Mountain Farm, we'll walk the nature trail, sit under shady trees, and soak in the sun to facilitate our experience.

Play is our foundation! So, be prepared to laugh, be silly, and find your weird side.

Meeting Location:

Herb Mountain Farm Parking Lot.

10:00am - Arrival and intro's

10:15am - Playful movement and sharing

11:15am - Break (15 min)

11:30am - Body and energy exercises

12:00pm - Journal and sharing

12:30pm - Lunch (30 min)

01:00pm - Release exercises

01:45pm - Closing circle


  • We start at 10am! Please arrive early.
  • Workshop is 3-4 hours, with breaks and time for lunch.
  • There is a bathroom on the land (or the forest, if you prefer!).
  • In the rain, we will move indoors; bring a rain jacket, just in case.
  • Activities include walking uphill and sitting in the forest and on grass.

If you have physical conditions that prevent you from walking and moving, please let me know so we can discuss if this workshop will work for you.

Please bring:

  • Lunch and water for yourself
  • An outdoor blanket / pillow for your comfort
  • Paper / pen to journal
  • Clothing layers appropriate for the weather (e.g., rain jacket, hat, sunscreen)
