Grounding During BIG Changes
Time & Location
We'll use everyday objects and touch techniques to melt away intensity, feel grounded, and give your body relief during big changes. This is a safe space for us. All touch will be self-applied. Please bring a special object (see below)! Expect to smile, laugh, and sigh in relief, as I guide the group through ways to achieve grounding through objects, touch, and other techniques! SPACE IS LIMITED We are keeping the group small so everyone can socially distance. Cap is 8 people.
